Refunds, terms, privacy

All sales of digital downloads are final. We do not offer refunds, whether or not you have downloaded the files. This includes duplicate purchases, so please check your set and order before paying.

If a file is missing, will not open, will not download or does not match the set description, email [email protected] with your order reference. We will help you access the files or provide a corrected file. File support does not include a refund.

Buying a set gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files with your own child or the students you teach. You may print them for that use.

You may not share, resell, upload, or redistribute the files, in whole or in part. Doing so ends the licence.

The papers are practice materials written by the StudyVault tutor team. They are not official MOE or SEAB papers, and StudyVault is not affiliated with MOE or SEAB.

Prices are in Singapore dollars and include any applicable fees. Payment is processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms.

Stripe collects your email address at checkout. We use it to send your download link through Resend and, with your order reference, to find your order if you lose the link and answer support questions. Stripe may also send a payment receipt. We do not sell it or add it to marketing lists.

Payment details are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number or bank details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the payment step.

Download links expire after a short time; opening your order page issues new ones.

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. To have your order record deleted, write to [email protected].
