How do I pay?
With PayNow: scan the QR code with any Singapore bank app or PayLah!. Checkout runs on Stripe; we never see your bank or card details.
When do I get the files?
Immediately. As soon as the payment clears you land on your order page, with a download button for every file.
Can I download them again later?
Yes. Bookmark your order page: it checks your payment and hands out fresh download links every time you open it. Lost it? Find your order with your email and the order reference shown at checkout and in your StudyVault download email.
Do I need an account?
No. Just an email address for your download link and order recovery.
Can I get a refund?
No. All sales of digital downloads are final, and we do not offer refunds, including for duplicate purchases. Please check your set and order before paying. If a file is missing, will not open or will not download, email [email protected] with your order reference for help. See the refund policy.
The files
What format are they?
Each paper is two A4 PDFs: a worksheet and an answer key, typeset with the fonts embedded, so they print cleanly and read well on a tablet. The PSLE Chinese kit also includes MP3 listening audio.
Can I print them?
Yes, for your own child or students. Please do not share, resell or upload the files.
How big are the downloads?
Most sets are well under 100 MB. PSLE Chinese is about 330 MB because of the listening audio; Wi-Fi is recommended for that one.
The papers
Where do the papers come from?
They are written by our own team, tutors drawn from top tuition centres with 30 years of collective experience teaching Singapore pupils. The team created and customised every paper for the syllabus and level it is sold for. They are not official MOE or SEAB papers.
Which set should I start with?
For stretch practice at P3, start with Advanced Maths Practice and Advanced English Practice, then add the General Ability sets for reasoning questions. For the PSLE, go by subject: Chinese, Higher Chinese or English Oral.
Do you have Secondary school sets?
Yes. Every subject is listed with its price on the sets page, by level. If a set's files are still being uploaded when you try to buy it, checkout will say so and nothing is charged; email us and we will reserve it for you.
